Meidinger Residence
This hilltop contemporary home received the Gold Nugget “Grand Award” at the Pacific Coast Builders Conference, and was published in several magazines. Custom glue lam beams form 20’ high vaulted ceilings. Smooth plaster exterior walls, copper clad roofs with hidden gutter system, custom windows and doors, smooth drywall and custom contemporary finishes throughout. A free-form natural rock wall cascades into the main living area from the cliff behind the home into the main living area providing a natural waterfall during the rainy season.
